We provide compassionate, skilled care for individuals with problems that do not require hospitalization but still prevent them from living independently. Our caring professionals provide a comprehensive range of personalized health care services in your home - on a short-term or long-term basis - so patients can recuperate or be cared for in comfort, and in the presence of their loved ones. Patients and their loved ones also have access to a registered nurse who is on call around-the-clock to answer your questions, address your concerns and provide emergency management, if needed. We are licensed by the New York State Department of Health and certified to participate in Medicare, Medicaid and Blue Cross programs, as well as accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations. Short-Term Home Health CareThe days following discharge are the most important for a patient recovering after hospitalization.
