CNO/Senior Vice President, Patient Care Services
Dr. Penque is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivery of quality nursing care to patients in the hospital and ensures that the same superior standards are met throughout our organization, wherever nursing care is delivered. Areas of responsibility include Perioperative Services including Endoscopy, Emergency Services, Cardiac Services, including the Cardiac Catheterization, Electrophysiology and Cardiovascular Labs, Dialysis Services, including the Outpatient Dialysis Center, and all inpatients units.

Joanne Newcombe, RN
Vice President, Patient Care Services
Ms. Newcombe has the responsibility for developing and leading the day to day clinical and administrative operations of medical surgical and telemetry, emergency services, behavioral health, maternal child inpatient nursing services, education development & research and patient relations. Those responsibilities include: enhancing performance improvement activities, supporting a service oriented culture and creating an environment that focuses on patient outcomes and patient safety.
